Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives
Any item designed to cause harm
Illegal drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia
Regardless of jurisdiction
Medical devices requiring prescription or professional supervision
Including insulin pens, CPAP machines, oxygen tanks
Child car seats or child safety restraints
Federal safety standards apply — defective seats cause fatalities
Perishable food or FDA-regulated items
Food, beverages, supplements
Items with active product safety recalls
Hazardous materials
Fuels, gas tanks, solvents, pesticides, paint
Counterfeit or stolen property
Including pirated software and knockoff goods
Biological materials or biohazard items
Items requiring federal or state licensing to operate
Commercial-grade equipment, licensed instruments
Motorized vehicles requiring registration
Cars, motorcycles, e-bikes over 750W
Fireworks or pyrotechnic devices

These items are permitted but carry inherent risks. By listing or borrowing, you accept full responsibility for safe usage.
